1. scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all courses, seminars, awareness development days and training courses offered by Michaela Simone Schmitt.

2.1 Conditions of participation

The seminars and training courses are freely accessible to all interested parties. All courses, seminars and training courses offer help for self-help and in no way replace necessary medical or other therapeutic help. They are not suitable as a substitute for therapeutic or medical treatments. Participation requires normal mental and physical resilience.

2.2 Registration
If possible, your registration should be sent to me by email or fax. It is binding as soon as I confirm it. The number of registrations received determine whether a seminar is held. In the event of overcrowding in a course, seminar or training, the interested parties will be considered in chronological order, ie according to the date of receipt of their registration.

3.1 Seminar and training fee
The seminar and training fee is the final price per participant.

3.2 Terms of payment
I offer you the opportunity to pay the seminar and training fee once, in blocks or as a monthly rate, up to 14 days before the seminar or at an agreed monthly date.

4.1 Withdrawal
If you withdraw up to 3 weeks before the first seminar or training block (including courses and other seminars / further training), a processing fee of € 100 net will be charged. If you cancel up to 1 week before the (first) seminar block, the seminar and training fee will be charged at 50%, but at least € 100 net (depending on the size of the booking up to 10% / 20%). After these deadlines and if the seminar or training is broken off, the entire seminar and training fee is due according to the agreed payment method. However, a substitute can be named. Missed lessons cannot be made up. However, after consultation with the training management, the missed part of the seminar can possibly be made up on a subsequent seminar date if this does not hinder the current training group in your training course. So this is no guarantee for missed times!

4.2 Cancellation of the seminar or training

I am entitled to withdraw from the contract for an important reason, e.g. if the minimum number of participants is not reached or the seminar or training has to be canceled for reasons beyond my control (e.g. force majeure, illness or accident of the coach.) Participation fees already paid will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.

4.3 Changes in training
The training or seminars will be carried out in accordance with the published announcement. I reserve the right to make changes for content or organizational reasons, provided that the training goal is achieved.

If an individual training block has to be postponed for reasons for which I am not responsible, then the new date counts as part of the training. If you cannot keep the alternative date, you have the opportunity to catch up on this part of the training at a date of a subsequent training.

5.1 liability
The participant bears full responsibility for his or her actions and experiences, especially in the event of accidents, loss of or damage to valuables or items of clothing. During the course, seminar and training, he is fully responsible for what he does, receives, gives and experiences. The training management is only liable for claims for damages by the course participant in the event of intent or gross negligence.

5.2 Copyrights
The training and seminar documents handed out are protected by copyright. They may only be used for personal use. Duplication is not permitted. The use of the documents as well as the seminar and training designations for courses, seminars and training is only permitted with the written consent of Michaela Simone Schmitt.

5.3 Data protection
We hereby inform you that I will electronically save your name, email address and address for the purpose of executing the contract and to inform you about information from the center. This use can be revoked at any time. I do not make your data available to third parties. Your data are subject to the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act.

6. Film and photo rights
You agree and agree that image and sound recordings of your person that are made in the course of the seminar, working days and training (s) may be used for publication free of charge.

7.1. Place of jurisdiction

Should one or more provisions of these terms and conditions be or become void or ineffective, this fact does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Instead of the void or ineffective provision, an effective provision is deemed to be agreed that comes closest to the economic purpose of the replaced provision. The above applies accordingly to gaps.
